Wine bottle spraying process

The spraying production line of wine bottles is generally composed of spray booth, hanging chain and oven. There is also the issue of front-line water treatment for glass bottles and sewage discharge from glass bottles. As for the quality of the glass bottle spraying quality, it is related to water treatment, surface cleaning of the workpiece, the electrical conductivity of the hook, the amount of air volume, the amount of powder sprayed, and the level of the operator. It is recommended to choose the following methods for trial implementation;


Pre-processing section


The pre-treatment section of the glass bottle spraying includes pre-off, main off, surface adjustment, etc. If it is in the north, the temperature of the main off part should not be too low, and it needs to be kept warm. Otherwise, the processing effect is not ideal;


Preheating section


After pretreatment, it will enter the preheating section, which generally takes 8 to 10 minutes. When the glass bottle reaches the powder spraying room, it must have a certain residual heat of the sprayed workpiece to increase the adhesion of the powder;


Glass bottle soot blowing purification section


If the process requirements of the sprayed workpiece are indispensable, otherwise if there is much dust adsorbed on the workpiece, the surface of the processed workpiece will be more granular, which will reduce the quality;


Powder spraying section


This paragraph is the technical problem of the powder spraying master. To create quality, it is still worthwhile to ask a skilled master to spend money.


Drying section


At this stage, the temperature and baking time should be paid attention to. The powder is generally 180 to 200 degrees, depending on the material of the workpiece. Also, the drying furnace should not be too far from the powder spraying room, generally 6 meters is better.
